A salesperson had a client that was having difficulty studying and recalling some of the vocabulary for his pool certification test. The client was working fulltime in the construction field and needed something to easily access while on the road all day.
I designed flashcards that he could use during his breaks throughout the day. He had the option to have them in print or digitally on his phone. He purchased both.
Our outsourced virtual assistants and some of our in house staff had different versions of windows. At times they had to save products and could not remember how to save it so that the production team could later print and ship the product. This was costing the company money with mistakes and products that had to be redone.
Everyone needed a quick, easily accessible reference guide. I made it and they all had access to it through our internal portal. This saved time and eliminated mistakes.
The production department needed a quick onboarding training for the staff that would manually highlight and place sticker tabs on the books. They wanted it digital and something they could do at the workplace and at home from a phone or personal device.
The solution
I created a short onboarding overview of what they would be doing in their job. I worked with the manager of their department to create an assessment they could take at the end of their first week.
