This is a demo training for a wedding dress boutique to help a new dress consultant to understand the basics wedding dress styles.
Dress sales people need to be knowledgeable about the different silhouettes and which style works on different body types.
The course starts by introducing the anxieties a new bride may have. It begins as a story and then takes the learner into showing and explaining the four basic styles of wedding gowns. I used illustration graphics and photographs and reinforce that every style and offset style is not addressed. Then the course leads into meeting a bridal consultant and three different brides. It's a scenario-based portion of the eLearning course in Articulate Storyline to give the potential new bridal consultant a chance to decide which dress is best for each bride.

In the beginning, sometimes I like to write on post it notes so I can move them around. The act of writing on paper gives me that feeling of brainstorming and that tactile feeling of connecting with my creativity. I don't have all my sticky notes saved, but here is a picture with a little fun graphic of my initial thoughts.
After my initial post-its, I got more organized and completely storyboarded my project. This included all the graphics, audio, programming notes, text and basically every detail that went into the course.
My final step was to create my vision. I used Articulate Storyline. I sourced, created and edited the graphics from Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Etsy. I used Audacity for the voiceover.
