The instructional designer needed to iterate interactive activities that teach formal place-setting layout, placement, quantity, and the role of each item during the meal. Also, include realistic service scenarios where learners practice communication, guest awareness, meal timing, and decision-making at a 6- or 8-top table. As this was right before my first "Real Job" as an instructional designer, I was still upskilling and adding to my practice. I was working on this project not to be in the contest as much to work on my skills in Articulate Storyline,
This time when developing I wanted to use voiceover with an ai program. I used Elevenlabs and picked a bridal voice and a narrator voice that had a brittish accent. I used some video editing within Storyline. I used the style guide for the color way, some of the graphics and used Canva to add some of the graphics, photos and videos. I was able to incorporate both illustrations and photography in the same project.
